This repair service is to simply diagnose the problem with your iPod. This could also be used to install new parts. It is always recommended that you back-up all music/media prior to shipping it to us for repairs. If you choose to upgrade or move forward with any additional services, I will message you with the additional cost, and proceed from there. If you choose not to go through with the additional services, your device will be shipped back immediately. The inspection/technician fee is non refundable.
